Counterpick Stages: Harmonic, Armada, Sewers
Game 1: Players blind pick characters. A random player bans 1 stage, then the other player selects from the remaining stages.
Game 2+: Winner of previous game bans 1 stage, then the other player selects from the remaining stages. Winner of previous game then selects a character, followed by the loser.
A player cannot select to play on a stage they have won on (DSR).
Players may agree to go to a specific stage instead regardless of ruleset.
