Event Rules
-ft1 -7:00 minute timer on match -Any deck among Red, Blue, Yellow, Green or Black can be used, all others banned -When timer ends, player closest in Blind to Ante 8 wins -Skipping Blinds is allowed -If one side loses before the timer is up, the other side may continue to play until the timer is up -If both players are on the same blind when the timer is up, they may play out the rest of their Hands in that Blind ONLY; highest overall score of that Blind wins
Tournament Rules
Doors Open at 5:30 PM CST Tournament starts at 6:00 PM CST. Entry: $15 paid at check-in, Cash, Card, or E-Payment Registration is capped to 32 entrants for all games. Platform: PS5, PS4, PS1, PC, Arcade Cab, Switch Equipment: Bring your own controller AND cable if required (BYOC/C) Equipment rules: If your controller does not function properly, damages equipment, or delays the bracket, you will be disqualified (DQ) at the Tournament Organizer's (TO) discretion. Food and Drinks: You are allowed to bring in your own food and drinks within reason to the general venue area, no food in the stream room please, you are also responsible for your own clean up. Region Gaming Esports Center Console Discount: $5 evening on console stations only applicable to 219 Throwdown Participants who've payed the Venue Fee and their guests(guests don't have to pay the venue fee). Discount applicable after 5:30 PM CST until closing. If any misconduct or unwanted behavior happens at a 219 THROWDOWN event please report immediately to a T.O or Region Gaming staff. Players who fail to meet our standard of conduct will be first given a verbal warning, followed by a 2 tournament suspension if problems continue, and ending in a permanent ban from any future 219 THROWDOWN events and Region Gaming Esports Center if behavior continues after the 2 tournament suspension.
