Shine 2019 Ruleset with a gimmick:

No repeating characters. No selecting Random.

• Once you have selected a character for any game (not set, game), you are unable to select that character again for the rest of the tournament.
• No selecting random. This is to keep track of previously played characters. Selecting random can be subject to a game forfeit
