Tournament Rules

We will be using the Frostbite 2020 ruleset for both singles and doubles

The following rules are also in place

  • Multi-Tourney-ing, or entering multiple tournaments that start at or occur around the same times, is prohibited and anyone found to be doing so and holding up the bracket will be disqualified
  • When choosing a mii fighter you must let the opponent know in the chat what moveset you are using and if they need to see what they all look like you must oblige
  • Changing mii movesets midset counts as a character switch and you must let the opponent know what moveset you are using when you choose your character
  • Please familiarize yourself with smash.gg before this tournament starts
  • Small Battlefield is legal as a starter and Pokemon Stadium 2 is a counterpick
Lag test procedure

If a match is laggy or choppy please end the match and immediately request for a mod (found at the bottom of the match markdown), a moderator will arrive and will host their own arena and test each persons net one by one, only one person can join the arena at a time. Depending on the results one or more players may be disqualified, if the match is in winners the moderator may allow you to try and reset your router and attempt to play out your next match but if it is still laggy you may be disqualified. Though this tournament is not region locked we will favor NA players if there is lag due to distance. All disqualifications will be done at the moderators discretion.
