Initial Bans: following Rock-Paper-Scissors, players ban in a P1-P2-P2-P1 order. Subsequent bans: the winner player bans three stages. No DSR.

Event Rules

Child Safeguarding Policy

UK TOs have received basic child safeguard training in order to help make events across the UK as safe as possible. We understand that these measures are not ideal for all attendees however they are to ensure the safety of not just the Young People attending, but also the safety of the TOs and Venue Staff. Please read the following information carefully.

All Attendee’s aged 15 or under must have a Parent(s)/Guardian(s)/Carer(s) attend the event with them. Parent(s)/Guardian(s)/Carer(s) may attend the event at no extra cost.

Attendee’s aged 16 or 17 may attend without the supervision of a Parent/Guardian/Carer. However a Parent/Guardian/Carer must print (if possible), complete, sign and hand in a consent form available here, to either Dark~ (Joe Beckit) or Has (Harry Johnson). NOTE: The Parent/Guardian/Carer that signed the form must, in person, submit it. If anyone else hands in the form it will be rejected and the attendee(s) will be denied entry! Please get in touch with Has or Dark~ if this is an issue.

This form only needs to be completed once per year and will remain valid for all Team Showtime! Events.

Attendee’s aged 16 or 17 will also be shown the location of a sign in/out sheet in the venue, they must fill this out whenever they enter or leave the venue, This will be enforced.

Any Young Person refusing to comply with these measures will be denied entry to the event and not be refunded.

General Rules

Clothing or personal items featuring porngraphic or similarly obscene or unsuitable material (e.g. Ahegao hoodies) are strictly banned.

Offensive or intimidating language or behavior in any form will not be tolerated. Be respectful to your fellow attendees.

Please use common sense in regards to bringing outside food and drink into the venue, considering they are being so welcoming and supportive of us - a bottle of water is acceptable, a full McDonalds is not.

If you believe an attendee has broken the rules, please inform a TO or co-TO rather than confronting the individual yourself.

Temporary Safety Rules

Players may not attend under any circumstances if exhibiting one or more symptoms of COVID-19. Attendees found to have been dishonest in this regard or have concealed symptoms will be banned without caution.

Attendees must check-in at the main counter upon arrival at the event. This is a legal requirement of the venue and adheres to all GDPR regulations.
