We are operating on a strict 5 minute Disqualification Timer. when you match starts you will have 5 minutes to check in, within smash.gg. So pay attention and refresh the page often.

Everyone is entitled to a "Lag Test". If your opponent has such horrible lag that the match is not able to be played you may contact admin for a lag test. Admin will play a match with the player in question and determine of the match is playable or not.
