• Battles are played on Pokemon Showdown
• Rounds are 50 minutes and best of 3. All 3 matches should be opened at the start of the round and game timer should be started at team selection.
• Double battles, teams of 6, bring 4
• All become above and below level 50 are set to level 50
• All Pokemon must be legally available in Pokemon Sword and Shield.
• Dynamax and all legally obtainable Gigantimax forms are allowed
• The following Pokemon may be used: Galar Dex #001-210, Isle of Armor Dex #001-210, Crown Tundra Dex #001-209, National Pokedex Numbers #243-245, #252-260, #380-381, #480-482, #485, #488, #638-642, #645, #722-730, #785-788, #793-799, #803-806
• All legal moves and items are allowed
• Duplicate Pokemon and Items are not allowed
