Timeliness

Participants are responsible for being at the booth until fully eliminated. The section of the convention where the tournament takes in has a strict closing time and this means timeliness of matches will be strictly enforced to ensure the tournament can finish in a timely manner. Players who wander away are responsible for returning to the booth in time to participate for their match in a timely manner. If a player does not show up in time for a match, they will be given a time of 3 minutes to be at the booth ready to begin their match. Failure to do so within that 3 minute period will result in a round loss. If a player fails to arrive within 5 minutes after time for their round to begin, it will result in a match loss.
