By popular demand, Enigmatic Smash Clash now features Mario Kart 8 Deluxe! This is going to be a side bracket held towards the end of the evening where up to 8 players will race against on another to claim victory.

To ensure this side bracket can run, we will require Nintendo Switch consoles with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. This will enable all consoles to be connected together and allow for all players to race in the same LAN lobby. As such, I have included a box on the sign-up page so I can keep track of everyone’s equipment to ensure we have enough hardware and software to actually run this thing.

First place will receive an engraved medal honouring their achievement; a Smash envelope; and 60% of the raised prize pool.

Second place will receive a Smash envelope; a super fun mystery prize; and 25% of the raised prize pool.

Third place will receive a Smash envelope and 15% of the raised prize pool.

Each player will have to pay £9.00 each to cover the venue fee. An additional £3.00 is required to sign up for our main bracket tournaments which will be used to fund the prize pool.

Please confirm your age in the accompanying box. At the current time, only players aged 16 and above will be allowed to attend the event without a parent or guardian present. Any players between the ages of 16 and 17 will require a parent or guardian to bring them to the event, fill out a parental consent form, and pick them up from the event when it ends. These parental consent forms can be reused for future events. Anyone aged of 15 or under must have a parent or guardian with them during the event. If a minor arrives at the event without a parent or guardian, they will be denied entrance to the venue.

Here comes a new challenger! We are jumping on Street Fighter 6 the day after it launches, with ESC -EX- featuring a round robin side bracket right out the gate.
