Super Smash Bros. Ultimate 1v1 Singles Tournament. Rules are best of 3 format, 3 stock, 7 minute timer.

Rules for Singles Competitive Tournament are the following:

Rules 3 stocks, 7:00 timer, stage hazards off, Steve and Kazuya banned

Stage List Starters: Pokémon Stadium 2, Battlefield, Small Battlefield, Smashville, Town and City Counterpicks: Kalos, Hollow Bastion, Final Destination 3 Bans, no DSR

Choosing Stages Game 1: Play Rock, Paper, Scissors. From the “Starters,” the winner bans 1 stage; then the loser bans 2 stages; finally, the winner chooses from the remaining two stages. Game 2,3,4,5: The winner of the previous match may ban any three stages from the full stage list (including both “Starters” and “Counterpicks”). The loser may choose any one of the remaining stages.

Rules for Side Bracket: 5v5 Crew Battle, Dodgeball pick style

Note that this is a Free to Enter tournament. Once the venue fee is paid at the door of Free Play Dallas, attendees are able to sign up for the side bracket and main bracket for free, no tournament entry fee needed. Free Play Prizes will be given to the top 3 competitors of the main singles bracket.
