• Bracket: Double elimination, all matches first to 3, unless otherwise stated.
• Game Settings: Commentary off, 3 Rounds, and 99 second Timer. Dynamic control scheme is not allowed.
• Input Delay Reduction must be set to ON.
• Stage Selection: Players may choose a stage by agreement or use random select.
• Counter Picking: The winner must keep their character and control scheme (Modern/Classic). The loser is allowed to switch their character and control scheme.
• Controllers must abide by the Controller Usage Rules outlined in the CAPCOM PRO TOUR 2024 Official Regulations. TOs may inspect any controller at any time.
• If a controller disconnects or the game is paused mid-round, the round is forfeited by the affected player. A timeout will be enforced to ensure no meter gain for either player.
