The language is set to english (it can be changed if both players agree).
All Mii custom moves sets are allowed, but the mii player must tell the moves he chose before the match and - at the request from the opponent - show them in game via a "button check".
The game is properly updated.

The format is a double elimination bracket and matches are played in a Bo3 format up until top 32, where it is Bo5.

Schedules and DQ rules:

The venue is open from 09:30 AM. The check-in begins 1 hour before your wave starts. Wave A begins at 10:30 AM and Wave B begins at 12:30 PM. If you aren't there at 5 minutes after your pool starts and we don't have any news from you, you will be DQ'd. If you inform you of a valid excuse, we'll accept a 15 minutes delay. After this, if you aren't there, you will be DQ'd.

Waitlist system:

If the tournament is full and you wanna be put on the waitlist, please register to the "Waiting list event". If a spot is becomes aviable, you will be registered to the tourney and you will receive an e-mail.

Equipment:

Screens and streaming equipment are provided by the TOs. Gamecube adapters are seen as gamecube controller extensions, not as setup elements : it is attendees playing with gamecube controller's responsability to bring one with them. We are not offering protection against device stealing : if you are afraid of something, please bring your own security.
