**REFUND POLICY**

You must email HCS@ee.gg to request a refund. Refunds will only be granted in the event that a team pass owner will be teaming with another team pass owner, and must be requested by Monday, September 2nd at 5 PM ET. After this date, no refunds will be accepted. Transferring a team pass to another person is not permitted.

An alternate position is used for your coach

Teams that purchase a team pass and then qualify for group (pool) play will be refunded in full.
