Game 1 stage pick will be determined by rock, paper, scissors where the winner bans 2 stages, then loser bans 1, then winner picks from remaining 2
Winner of the previous game will ban 2 stages
Players are not allowed to counterpick to any stage that they previously won on
Tournament Rules
ATTENTION OUT OF PROVINCE ENTRANTS:
Please notify a TO by email below (or by discord message) if you want to pre register! If you do not you may be removed from bracket. Thank you for understanding and helping the TO's
Doors open at 7PM, bracket play begins at 8PM. Venue fee is $10/person (debit/credit only), pot is $5 cash. Feel free to bring your own Ultimate/Melee setups. Players who provide their own full set-ups may have their venue fee waived*
Players 16-17 years of age must provide proof of parental consent in the form of a signed waiver. The waiver can be obtained and completed at the check-in desk the first time the player participates in the event series. Players under the age of 16 must have a parent or guardian present at all times. A valid driver's license or other form of ID will be required at check-in. Non-participants will not be charged a venue fee.
*A full setup includes the relevant console/game disk, power cable, video cable and a GC adapter. For SSBU, all characters including DLC must be available for selection. Only participants who provide setups required for tournament use will be eligible for the venue fee waiver, which will be determined at the discretion of the tournament organizer. (edited)
