STAGE RULES (TEXT FORM)

RPS to decide bans

Characters must be announced BEFORE stage bans take place

RPS Winner bans 1 stage from the NEUTRAL selection

RPS Loser bans 2 stages from the NEUTRAL selection

RPS winner chooses a stage from the remaining 2 NEUTRAL stages

Winner announces their character choice (if they forget to announce before the ban selection happens, they are NOT allowed to change characters)

Winner of a game bans 3 stages from the FULL selection

Loser picks from the remaining stages
