We are referencing Smash World Tour rules (found at the link below) in all cases besides the following exceptions:

• In game 1, players chose stage first before characters. Blind character picks still apply.
• Hallow Bastion is an additional legal stage available as a counterpick.
• Players have 3 stages bans between games
