Best of 3 except for the three finals sets, time permitting.

The Bracket Format is standard double elimination, Best of 3 for all matches except Winners Finals, Losers Finals and Grand Finals which will be Best of 5. Spirits are banned, items are set to off and none, pausing is off, hazards are off.

Team Attack: On.

Stage Strike from Neutral Start: Players play Rock Paper Scissors. Winner strikes a starter stage. Loser strikes 2 starter stages. Winner strikes a starter stage.

In Between Matches: Winner strikes 3 stages. Loser chooses stage out of the five remaining stages. Winner chooses character strictly before the loser.

Should sudden death mode activate, follow this procedure:

The player with the lowest percentage when the timer expires wins.

If percentage was tied or a simultaneous death occurred, play a 1 stock, 3 minute match with the same characters on the same stage.

FD/BF Omega forms are banned from tournament play.
