Bans for starters are as normal, winner bans 1, loser bans 2, and winner picks of the last 2. It will be straight 3 bans in Bo3 and TSR in Bo5; that means YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PIKC THE LAST STAGE YOU COUNTERPICKED TO AND WON ON. The starting stage is not a counterpick and therefore gets readded to the selection pool. Any pick after the first stage counts as a counterpick. If you go to Smashville Game 1, it can be counterpicked. If it is chosen Game 2, and you win, it has been counterpicked and won on, therefore you cannot make it your next selection if you lose a game. Long and short, it's like this

g1- sv and you lose g2- you pick sv and win g3: they pick FD and they win g4: you counterpicked to SV and won, you cannot go there. They get 2 bans. You pick from remaining 5. You go to Yoshi's and win. g5: they counterpicked FD, so they cannot pick it this time. You get 2 bans. They pick from remaining 5.
