## Fortnite Rules:
#### Pools Stage
Single stage tournament, with the first stage as up to 4 pools of up to 15 player. The pools portion will be Downhill Zone Wars  where players earn points. Each pool will play 7 heats (games)  for players to try and accumulate as many points as possible.   Pools will start at intervals in the day to allow for late sign ups.  

#### Point values for stage 1
* 3 points for finishing first.
* 2 points for finishing second.
* 1 point for finishing third.
* 1 point per kill.

#### Tie-Breakers
Should two or more players have the same number of points, then the following criteria shall be followed:

* The player with the most top 3 finishes shall advance.
* Should both players be tied for top 3 finishes then the player with more total kills shall advance.
* Should both players be tied for total kills then the player with the highest kills in a single game shall advance.
* Should both players still be tied for highest kills in a single game, then the player who signed up for the tournament first shall advance.

#### Starter Stages (stages that can be played on games 1, 2 or 3):

* Battle Field
* Final Destination
* Smashville
* Town and City
* Pokemon Stadium 2.

#### Counter Pick Stages (stages that can be played only after game 1):

* Kalos Pokemon League
* Lylat Cruise
* Yoshi's Story.

### Initial stage striking (game 1): 

Players play rock paper scissors, the winner bans 1 stage from the starters, loser bans 2, then the winner bans 1. The stage that's left is the stage played on. Whoever wins game 1 will ban any two stages from the entire stage list (starters + counters) the loser then picks from the remaining stages for game 2.
