Tournament Rules

Check in timer for each match set to 15 minutes. Failure to check in will result in a DQ.

Follow instructions in match to play each game. Use chat and help each other out! Some players prefer to communicate through Discord and others through Smash.gg's match chat box, so be flexible and check both before assuming your opponent is missing.

Ultimate: LAN adapter use and a wired connection is required. If a match experiences severe lag (lengthy stutters, input delay of over half a second), play the match out as best as possible, then call an admin. You may be asked to perform a connection test in the Switch Settings, but the player with the worse connection will only be DQ'd for extreme cases.

Melee: LAN adapter is not required. Just make sure you are set up with Rollback Slippi and have a good internet connection. If there are significant lag spikes, you can call an admin. You may be asked to perform a connection test in the Switch Settings, but the player with the worse connection will only be DQ'd for extreme cases.

Likewise, understand that online is not the same as offline. Slight input delay and some stutters are expected.

Have fun!
