Set Rules

• All sets will be best of 3 (first to 2 wins) until top 8 which then all sets will be best of 5 (first to 3 wins)

  Set Procedure

• Players will strike stages from the list of starter stages in the beginning of the set in 1-2-1 striking (Player 1 bans one stage, Player 2 bans two stages, Player 1 bans one stage and the first game is played on the remaining stage)
• After the first game, the winner will strike 2 stages from the starter and counterpick stage list, the loser of the previous game will then pick a stage to play on from the remaining stages.
• The winner must keep the same character they won with until they lose, the loser of the last game can switch characters if desired.
• Repeat this process until one player wins 2 games (or 3 games if in top 8)

  Character Availability

• Any Character is allowed

Mii Fighters

• Miis are allowed but you must create them before the set starts and name them according to their moveset (e.g. 1322, 1312, etc.)

Welcome to Smash at The Rock! A smash ultimate tournament held at The Rock Church in Queens, right near the Queens Center Mall!

• The Rock Church in Queens, NY 57-02 Hoffman Dr, Queens, NY 11373
• All ages are welcome to join the tournament
• On Site registration can be done as well (must register before 6:15pm if so)

  Venue Fee

• None! This tournament is free to enter for anyone and everyone to play!

  BRINGING A SETUP WILL HELP OUT TREMONDOUSLY IN ORDER TO KEEP MATCHES RUNNING!

  A full setup includes:

• A Nintendo Switch Console with the Dock stand, AC Adapter, and an HDMI Cable in order to plug it into a monitor
• Smash Ultimate WITH the latest update (Kazuya Update) with ALL characters unlocked and DLC
• A Mayflash Gamecube Controller Adapter or an Official Nintendo Gamecube Controller Adapter
• A monitor in order to play on (optional but highly recommended)

  Prizing

• Prizes will be awarded to Top 5 (TBA)
• Special Trophies will be given to Top 3
• 1st Place will get a code for Fighters Pass 2!

  There will also be food and drinks there with no extra cost!

  COVID-19 Policy

• ALL ENTRANTS MUST WEAR MASKS WHILE INSIDE THE VENUE (it is optional if you have proof that you are FULLY VACCINATED which is 2 weeks after your second dose)
• Temperature Checks must be done before you can play, failure to do so may result in asking you to leave.
• Hand Sanitizer will be provided to keep it clean as possible
