When?
The Lan will be a 3 day event spanning from 3/28/2024 to 3/30/2024.
- Teams will be given the schedule in advance of the event.
- Teams must check in an hour before their scheduled pool, any team who fails to do so will have to forfeit.
Competition Format
- 32 teams will be placed into 8 pools with 4 teams each. They will play in a small GSL format bracket, which will progress into a single elimination best-of-3 bracket. Please refer to the schedule below for how each round will be played out.
Schedule (Subject to change):
Day 1
- 10:00AM - Door Open and Pool A Groups 1 to 4 Check-in starts. This time will be used for players to Setup, Warm up and do anything else they need to do before games start.
- 12:00PM - Pool A Groups 1 to 4 matches will begin.
- 1:00PM - Pool A Groups 1 to 4 match 2 will begin.
- 2:00PM - Pool A Groups 1 to 4 match 3 will begin.
- 3:00PM - Pool B Groups 1 to 4 Check-in starts. This time will be used for players to Setup, Warm up and do anything else they need to do before games start.
- 4:00PM - Pool B Groups 1 to 4 matches will begin.
- 5:00PM - Pool B Groups 1 to 4 match 2 will begin.
- 6:00PM - Pool B Groups 1 to 4 match 3 will begin.
Day 2
- 10:00AM - Door Open and Playoff Round 1 Check-in starts. This time will be used for players to Setup, Warm up and do anything else they need to do before games start.
- 11:00PM to 2:00PM - Playoff Round 1 Matches will begin (Best-of-3)
- 2:00PM - 1 hour break for teams until Playoff Round 2 (Quarter-Finals) will begin.
Teams must return to their setups by 4PM! - 4:00PM to 7:00PM - Playoff Round 2 Begin. As teams finish matches to qualify for Semi-Finals. Teams may be asked to stay and record hype videos for the Final day.
- 7:00PM to Close - Spike Drop: LAN PARTY!! All set ups will be open for all badge holders to play games and hang out! There will be a running 10-man bracket with a special prize for a lucky winner. There will also be bounties available to win smaller prizes.
Day 3
- 10:00PM - Check-in for Semi-Finals teams starts. (First match teams will be allowed on stage to setup & warm up.)
- 12:00PM to 3:00PM - Semi-Finals Match 1 will begin. (If finished early, teams for the second Semi-Finals match will be allowed on stage to warm up. If not space on the floor will be allowed for players for warmups.)
- 3:00PM to 6:00PM - Semi-Finals Match 2 will begin. (Winners from Match 1 will be allowed space to warm up, if needed, until the Finals match.)
- 6:30PM to 10:00PM - Finals Match will begin.
Prizing
Prize Pool will be scaled depending on how many teams are entered.
- 1-8 Teams: $2500
- 1st: $1500, 2nd: $1000
- 9-16 Teams: $5000
- 1st: $2500. 2nd: $1500, 3rd/4th: $500
- 17-24 Teams: $7500
- 1st: $3500, 2nd: $2000, 3rd/4th: $1000
- 25-32 Teams: $10000
- 1st: $5000, 2nd: $2500, 3rd/4th: $1250

Tournament Rules
- Teams who are not completely present are subject to being disqualified from Tournament.
- Incomplete teams may be asked to play without their full roster or face disqualification.
- When players have determined the outcome of any match; the captains will report the results to the Pool Captain or Tournament Admin.
Timeout Rules
- Each team is allowed TWO, 1 minute Tactical Timeouts each map using the /timeout feature in the game chat
- Each team is only allowed to call one tactical pause per half.
- In the event of an overtime, each team is allowed one (1) 60-second timeout in OT.
- If the team had already called both tactical pauses they will have to manually pause the game for 60 seconds in the lobby settings.
- Technical Timeouts will only be used for Technical difficulties and Disconnects. If someone DCs you will use the Timeout during the Buy round phase at the start of a round.
- Timeout 1: 10 minutes
- Timeout 2: 5 minutes
Disconnects after this will be played out 4v5. Any tech difficulties after the initial 2 timeouts will consist of 2 minute durations. If a Technical Timeout is used, both team captains must join discord to relay the reason for the used timeout if there is no admin in the game.
Lobby Settings
Top Seed will create the custom lobby and will invite the opposite team captain via “Riot ID” using the Valorant platform. Team Captains will then invite their respective players to the lobby.

Seeding
Seeding for this tournament will be determined by previous official events. Other tournament placings will also be considered along with VLR rankings. There is seed-stealing on the bracket so you will carry your seed number from the initial bracket unless you beat a team seeded higher than you. Exploits
VALORANT has some bugs, exploits and glitches. Some of these are being hot fixed routinely. Most of these exploits pertain to certain agents. All agents will be available, KNOWN exploits and glitches will be listed in Discord. Timeouts and Disconnects
Roster Rules
Coaches
- Each team is allowed a coach in the coaching slot for their matches as long as the coach is on the Start.gg page listed as a coach on the roster and their information submitted to an Admin by roster lock.
- Coaches are only allowed to communicate with their team before the first round starts, halftime, the first buy phase of OT and during tactical timeouts during a map.
Substitutes and Roster Changes.
- Each team is allowed one substitutes on their Start.gg roster. You may only swap players between maps with one of the substitutes already on your roster. Only 1 players may be swapped out of the original playing roster you signed up with on the Start.gg website, You may not “give” your team slot away.
Players are not allowed to use any account other than their main account as this goes against Riot's Terms of Service.
