A yearly staple to BOWU events, the Auction Tournament is a single-elimination bracket where players must bid on a team of characters to enter! When a player wins a bid, they are locked into those characters for the entire tournament! All sets are best of 3, and if you lose a game in a set with a character, you MUST use your other one! Characters become available again for every set, so choose who you start with wisely! Auctioneers will only offer 16 teams to bid on, meaning you may find yourself fighting in a war of bids to secure your spot in this event! All bids go to the tournament pot, where 50% goes to charity, and the other 50% goes to first place in the winner-take-all event! (Registering for this event online shows your interest in this format type, and does NOT secure you a place in the bracket!)

We will follow the Pro Kompetition rules within reason for a local event.
