Tournament is set as a Bo3 until TOP 4 where it is a Bo5 INFINITES WILL BE ALLOWED (this rule can change if overused) Super binds are not allowed. ZERO LANCER UB BUG IS BANNED.

It must be played over ARCADE MODE.

PS2 games (F/UC and SDBZ), will be PRIMARILY played over SDBZ's Netplay Build (the vampire killer hosted one) Drive Link, If you can't get it working there will be 1-2 parsec hosts, or hit up someone from sdbz discord / Belmont himself to get help.

It won't be region locked, BUT on the case of high delay, the player closer to NA will be given priority.

Touhou will be played over Soku Rewired
