This tournament will be NTSC with UCF enabled.

Each game will be ran with 4 stocks / 8 minutes.

DSR is in effect, you cannot counterpick to a stage where you have already won.

Standard Stage striking rules apply.

Pokemon Stadium is Frozen and a Starter pick while Final Destination is a counterpick.

Wobbling is banned.

60 Ledge Grab Limit.

All players are expected to be respectful and follow proper levels of conduct in the venue space, acts of harassment, bullying, continued explicit language and disruptive behaviours will result in appropriate consequences.
